Bowers’ steel shop is a 42,000 sq. ft. facility featuring:
- 6 overhead cranes
- Watts and Vernon CNC cutting stations are integrated with our CAD software
- 11 pipe turners and automated welding stations
- Each station has a certified welder and shared fitter for maximized productivity.
The steel shop can accommodate loading two 53’ trailers indoors with the use of overhead cranes.
Field installation schedules are used to strategically load the trucks with first installed last on sequencing.
Large lay down areas allow for just in time deliveries to alleviate difficult onsite logistics.
